Frame Serial Number

The Frame Serial Number can be located on the headset for the S-Cross. The Oxygen GO! Serial is located down the seat tube.

Battery Serial Number

The battery serial number is located on a sticker either on the side of the battery or on the top near the charging port. It is the number under the barcode and may contain some letters.
